The Cozart Auction & Appraisal Service understands that each client has unique requirements. Therefore, every auction is structured to meet the client’s specific needs. To facilitate this, The Cozart Auction Service offers the following auction formats and associated fees.
Comprehensive Auction Service
Cozart Auction Service handles every aspect of the auction from marketing to clean up, handling all up-front expenses such as advertising and labor. The owner is completely free of even the smallest detail. Fees are based on a percentage of the gross sales amount, plus expenses.
Consignment Auction Service
Clients may consign single items or small collections for sale. Fees are based on a sliding scale as low as 10%..
Real Estate Auction Service
We also offer a complete real estate sales and marketing program. We will work closely with you, the seller or your listing broker to aggressively market and sell your real estate at auction. Contact our office for percentages and expenses for selling real estate.
Appraisal Fees and Services
Appraisal documents for estate tax liability, equitable distribution and insurance value can be provided. Fees are based on an hourly rate of $50.00 per hour, with a minimum 5 hour charge.
